I had purchased a godrej refrigrator modelno "GFE-25BZ SHELL WINE"payment made in cash worth Rs 14500 on 24-04.After a week, the colour of its handle had started faded. I had filed my first complaint to godrej customer care toll free no on 2-05and was assured of timely rectification but no such assurance has been complied with so far. The response of entire staff is quite shameful. Every time i lodge my complaint and the person who comes for inspection assured the same that the default would be rectified soon. Its quite shameful to tell that after 3 months from the purchase no such rectification has been made and now the staff is saying that the default would be rectified but i have to pay for it although my product lies within the warranty period. I request the concerned authorities to take reasonable steps as soon as possible otherwise i would be forced to take legal measures.
