Leakage in internal unit

I had purchased an one ton ac of godrej company in march the internal unit of the ac was leaking i complained to the shop and also to the company about it, they sent there service engineer but could not solve the problem, after reapeted complains i requested them to change the unit but now they did not turn up, what to do
