Dear Concern,
I have registered a complaint with Godrej Customer Care on 14th feb about not cooling of my Refrigerator purchased in last December, My Complaint No is 1203658584, after a Month on March 12th Service men has visited and confirmed some problem and they promised to get back with in two days, till date no one has visited, and i have been calling the Karimnagar Authorized Service on 9396668889, he is not responding properly, he is postponing daily and lying that the people were started to you from last two days, At the same time i have launched a complaint on online customer care but no response from them.
Will this behavior makes you any Goodwill??
