Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: Manufacturing defect of your cylindrical lock – Reg

I am to put forward the manufacturing defects of your cylindrical lock of bedroom VGN builder have filled 3 cylinder locks in 3 bedrooms.

Being a Mechanical Engineer completed 30years of Successful Government Service, I can evidently confirm and prove the defect in your locks.

Within 2 days from the time of receipt of this Email complaint if no response or any immediate action, I shall go to various legal authorities such as consumer Court, RTI Act, Press and Virtually media which will have very adverse effect on your Brand and Godrej which has got a esteem Brand value. It is costly lock which supposed to have a good quality and it failed to, also you have given 3 years warranty. I have heard such complaints from neighboring flats as well.

I hope you will take it up seriously and send your Senior most Technical Service Engineer and hope you will take up this issue very seriously in the name of Godrej. I can Technically prove the manufacturing defect and hope you take action to replace 2 cylinder locks and fit the same immediately.
