Poor service

We bought a refrigerator from mahalingam. Now we had a complient in that for which we logged a complient with zenith (phone number 0422 2545175) on 29/08 complient number 393702. A person came and said that compreser is out so want to change it when we said that there is warrenty for 5 years so he said that will change it and went taking the original bill of that refrigerator. The person who came here have closed the complient saying complient is with stablizer which is working properly. This we came to know when we called after 2 days when there is no responce. Even after repated calls made to them there was no responce from them. We visited their office in person at that time also there is no proper responce or didnt say when will they come. The problem is that our grandma is a diabetic patient so taking insulin but we have given the medicin to our neibhors to keep in their frig. Kindly help us if not possible to do it free of cost we are ready to pay but we want a result from them. We request you to help us in this case.
