Job card number-3824. problems- 1. 4, 5, 6 numbers not working on touch. 2. if i open the slide to type sms there was a software error comes on the display. 3. i cant hear the incoming and out going calls voice. response from the service centre was they took the mobile for the past 15 days and they rectified only the 4.5.6 numbers touch function. i have surrendered the mobile to the service centre on 12.11.2010. they lost the camera key. suddenly i asked them where is the camera key like that. then once again they gone inside and arranged the other mobile camera key to my mobile. but they lost my mobile key. but after all that my mobile is still under the same problem. software not installed and i dont know whether the strip was changed or not. and i cant voice of calls.still now i am speaking through the open speaker. all the buttons in the keypad was gone inside the frame. while i am asking about that they are telling reason was, strip was changed to your mobile thats why it is like that. if you use continuosly it will be ok like that. after all that there was one new problem occurs on my mobile that was when i use to touch the display it was faded. like the waves coming on the display. then i today gone to service centre to solve the problem once again. again they asking my mobile for service. this is the response from the service centre.
