Godrej pentacool fridge
Defective product sold

After purchasing a product costing 22, 000 Rs, one expects it to function properly at least for a few years. But not so with Godrej Pentacool Fridge.

Since its purchase in dec'04, in the first year I spent nearly 2500 Rs in repairs as PCB etc were changed... then further problems occured as the gas leaked in the second year and now in the 5/6th year of its purchase (as soon as the warranty expired!) it has stopped cooling, my food is rotting as it appears to have gone on continuous defrost mode!!!

I hate godrej service people as they are too expensive to call and very lax in their service and attitude...

PLEASE NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANY GODREJ PRODUCT...
