We purchased a godrej refrigerator on date 30-7, model Ref GFE 27, with cabinet no 50904210172 .
There was a problem in cooling at the time of installation it self. we lodged a complaint, on 4-8, asking for a replacement with new refregirator. But they refused and repaired it.
after 2 monts again same problem. we lodged complaint on 12-11, for replacement.
we purchased refregeratior from PCH Retails Ltd with sales invocie no 28260090525.
after repeated visits personally, and on phone we did not get proper response from retails shop, godrej service centre, area sales manager for godrej.
Please help us.
