Dear Sir,

I purchased a godrej refrigerator from your authorised dealer Snehanjali, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 17.05.2011. At the time of home delivery on checking the refrigerator, we found some problem in door & some inside parts also broken. We went there and complained about these and he told that now godrej service centre will change the door and broken parts (call no. 276038 dated 23.05. Technician came).

After that your technicians came and they have changed the door but that time they told that we will change the parts after some days.

Many times I have lodged complaint and your technician come and sometime they tell that I have the parts of other model, I will come next time.

But my problem is still pending for long time.

My latest complaint no. is 2302445081 dated 23.02.2012.

Therefore I request you to resolve my complaint at earliest.
