Godrej Split A/C
New split a/c not in working condition

Sir,

I have purchased two godrej a/cs model No. GSC 18FM5 mirror 1.5ton 5star split on 25-01-10 at Girias Investment pvt.ltd, Nungambakkam, Chennai -600 034. The delivery of a/cs were made on 27-01-10. At the time of installation on 28-01-10, it was found that one a/c's compressor unit was not working. The persons who installed the a/cs (Mr. Selvin, mobile No.09884416961) said the unit has to be replaced and he in turn asked me to contact and report the matter to Mr. Sathya, Mobile No.09790986890. But, to my surprise he did not attend to my calls except once stating that the replacement of a/c would be made in couple of days. Not seeing further response I contacted customer care and lodged my complaint on 07-02-10 with service call No.405507, but still waiting for response.

I need help to get back my money or replacement of a/c immediately.
