I have purchased a Godrej Washing Machine model no. GW15511REOS on 24.10.2011.
suddenly, it stopped working. i lodged complaint on 09.12.2011 (call no.0912805300.).
since then i have talked several times to your service centre /mechanic and tollfree nos.
every body just trying to befool me and always give fresh time to attend & repair the machine.situation is really very disgusting and disappointing.
all the people who represent your co. here at bihar/jharkhan are simply cheater and liar and appears that they are just Big Thugs.
they are so callous that i just wonder that they represent a co. like godrej.
in fact they are not cheating your customers who have long association with your co. but they are simply cheating you i.e. the company.
anyway, this is the complaint before you to look into and replace the machine without further loss of time.
