Purchased a washing machine in the month of Jan.'09. The spinner complete lid is broken, which is needed to be changed. I have complain the same in the month Nov.09, but no action has been taken so far. Your techenician visited to us two times, but invain.
Please take necessary to change the complete spinner Lid without delay.
