I HAVE PURCHASED A GODREJ WINDOW AC DURING APR'10.ON 3RD OF OCT'10 THE MACHINNE WAS WORKING AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT REMOTE. AFTER THIS MADE I MADE COMPLAINT TO THE CONCERNED DEALER AND ADVICED ME CONTACT GODREJ SERVICE CENTRE.AND FOLLWED THE SAME BY ME AND THOSE PEOPLE GIVEN ME REF.125062 AND TECH.ENGINEER CAME AND REMOVED THE CONCERNED PART AND TAKEN AWAY AND TOLD ME THAT THE PERTICULAR ITEM IS TO BE REPLACED AND PRESENTLY THERE WAS NO STOCK WAS EXISTING.THIS WAS DONE ON 13/10/10.BUT TO DAY IT IS 18/11/10.IRRESPECTIVE OF SEVERAL PHONE NUMBERS I AM NOT GETTING THE SERVICE.THE CONCERNED SERVICE CENTRE PH NO.033-26855459 (MR.PAUL). EVERYDAY THEY ARE TELLING WE ARE TRYING FOR THAT.DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.I WANT SERVICE OR ITEM TO BE REPLACED.KINDLY ADVICE.
