Defective product received

I had purchased Karbonn Dual Sim Touch Screen K570 on 21st April'12 which was delivered me on 7th May'12 and on same day i registered a complaint against it. I received defective product which is not usable. I received complaint registration confirmation mail on 11th May'12. I called my times but greendust guys are not taking problem seriously. Every times they told me that " we are forwarding your request". But till date it's pending.
