Dear Concern,
We have bought LG Microwave oven on 3rd nov and urging for demo as we are not familiear with operating procedure, regarding this we have made request three times in LG customer care (18001809999) also, but no response we have got from them inspite of continous follow up with customer care, it seems we have done a big mistake, if we were aware of that LG treats its customer like this after sales we would have never gone for LG product and definitely I will never burn my fingers again in buying LG Products.
