We had lodged a complaint for our washing machine (KEL WM KSA 69PXWTN) which had broken down in the month of August (complaint contact no:0522 4101457).
A service technician (Mr. Afaq Siddiqui : 9336919274) visited us and checked the machine and said that the "gear box " had to be repalced and as it was not available it would take some time.
We have contacted the service center (0522 4047689/0522 4101457) several times, but to no avail.
