NON INSTALLATION OF HOME THEATER

I had purchased a home theater from one of your dealer on 9th oct and till date it has not been installed at my residence. I have lodged three compalints in this regards vide compalint no. 6222271 dt 25th oct and 6239837 on 27th oct and third complaint on 29th Oct-the compalint no. of which is still to be given to me. Apart from this I have spoken to your call centre almost everyday for lodging the compalint, but regret to mention that not even a single response has been exteded to me. Is it the kind of services you give to your valued customers? Is it the kind of attitude you show to your customer. Have I done any mistake by purchasing Sony Home theater for approx. Rs 60000/- just to see the black box. It is indeed a bad and undesired experience I have had from a comapny of your repute. I would still request you to attend my compalint on top priority and satisfactorily. I expect this to be attended in the next 24 hors.
