Sony erection/z555i
Lack of consumer sutisfaction

With refrence to work order no. SE309VSS10247 and complain i.d. 85063708, i submitted my sony erection (z555i) cell phone at customer care situated at Radho Palace with the respective problems

1) loud speaker not working.

2) Camra not functioning.

3) Cell was not excepting memory card.

4) keyt pad problem.

and a couple of other problem.

The cell was been submitted on 7-aug and the company has not yet responded.the set was been purchased in march this yr and alredy have been submited for 5 to 6 times earlier with same problem.

Now the attendants at the customer care are saying that the cell is ready but when i checked found that the problems a still existing.

my earge is for replacement of the cell as it already been submited for 5 to 6 times.
