My Samsung star mobile touchpad stopped working. I went to Samsung Service centre Thane since my cell phone was in warrentee. First the touchpad wasn't available with them. they called me again the next day. They replaced the touchpad but broke the Camera Strip but didn't inform me about the same. When i went again to inquire why it happened they Rudly told me "We can't do anything" it happens sometime and when i told them to put the new strip they said we don't have it come after 5 days.

IS THIS THE SERVICE ONE SHOULD EXPECT FROM SAMSUNG?? THIS IS PATHETIC AND NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT GIVING GOOD SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS NOT SAMSUNG ATLEAST I'LL ADVICE OTHERS NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG AT ALL SINCE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO GIVE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.
