Sir we have purchased the above product on 11th Feb The machine is not working properly since last four years In the year2006 we approached your authorised customer service center for our problem The customer care people (KEVIN SERVICES, SECUNDERABAD, A.P.;INDIA) came and the machine was takenaway by your people for rectifying problem they tooklong time for solving our problem and they have collected Rs3250/ on8-6 From that day the machine is giving continuous problems We are regularly in touch with your service provider they are coming andgoing the problem is not solved Recently in the month june your people came andtaken theOriginal billreceipt copies to report the matter to LGcompany Wewere told that they are trying to change machine with your permission till today the problem is not solved Do the needful at the earliest
