Delay in service

I had purchased a sony S302 handset on 10th of feb and it has been submitted for repairing thrice in last 5 months. This set is in service centre from the past two and half months and still there is no response yet. I have complained several times atleast more than 20 times to customer care but still they are not ready to return it back to me. Also they misbehaved with me several times. I have talked with Mr. Rajiv from customer care, Ms Shailu from escalation department and lot more. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
