Purchased one Pureit water purifier of H.Unilever on 27.10.09 it stopped working in feb 010 made a comlaint on 16.2.010 as I.D. No.1928378291, which was duly recorded at their helpline, but inspite of sevral reminders there is no action on part of the company. Is Hindustan unilever going typical Baniya ways, it really hurts. Furthur on telephoning there helpline one just hears music & fails to reach their so called experts now. Minimum you could do is provide their local address so that a case could be filed. Thanks
