I bought a HUL Pureit M05 IWPS Blue on 19th July. vide Invoice No. IS10/1741-1015, Internal ID 24482435, Cust ID 1929348041
As per the instructions given by sales executive, the water to be replaced twice before use. we paid full cost of it in cash. The executive himself filled water in the tank. As soon as he left, we noticed that there was water leakage. We immediately informed him on phone and he came back, checked it out, did something with it and left. The leakage problem continued..we called him back the next day early morning and said that the problem has continued. After talking to various people from HUL Pureit, we are not told that, its a manufacturing defect and washer is not installed inside. Since we have not yet used a drop of water from it, we requested for a replacement. We are requesting it for last 36 hours and they are insisting for repairing.
Why SHALL WE GET A BRAND NEW PIECE REPAIRED FOR WHICH WE HAVE PAID FULL AMOUNT ON DELIVERY IN CASH?
