Toilet seat defective

My name is Dr Dhiren Gupta we have installed Hindware toilet seats in our house. After using it we found that the design is faulty. It was unable to handle slightly formed stool. We put up written complaint (no 10446) as well as repeated verbal complaint (evidence 25 calls, telephone records).we are highly disappointed as the complaint is not being taken seriously. To add to our anguish we found that not only one unit (for which complaint was launched) but all 3 seats are defective. To prove it further I have taken the video film. I have attached two videos (unedited). First film starts after 8 water flush and second film after waiting for another 20 minutes. This company holds ISO 9001 Certificate but unfortunately this company holds worst Quality, Worst Service, Worst people. It is very clear that your toilet seats are defective especially new models. You should be ashamed of these models and should hang your engineer whoso ever has designed these models. Its almost 1 month since we have put-up our complaint with no response. We have called them so many times (each lasting for hours) that bill of phone calls must have exceed the cost of seat. Very unfortunate we have purchased our products. Please take action.
