I would like to bring to your notice a recent event in which a Hitachi India technician tried to cheat me by quoting outrageous amounts for the wrong the installation of my Hitachi split a/c.ipurchased split ac ondated-18-05.inv. no -ae/13864. from ANAND ELECTRONIOKS rampuri the wrong installation of outdoor unit .all the hot air push into my shop. now iam complaint so many time they ask me for 1500/= for installation of a.c.
The following is a letter which I wrote to Hitachi today. Has anyone else been faced with such cheats and if you have what actions did you take?
