I am Neeraj Patel from Bangalore I bought duel SIM mobile product code 45049 (Airfone Duel SIM Flip 29i) and received the product on 28-Feb. My order number is 702912435. The product worked for 2-3 days and then development an issue of invalid SIM. The Customer care representative confirmed that its due to IMEI number issue in the product and confirmed that product will be replaced with in 24 hrs of receiving the faulty product. She also confirmed that courier person will come to collect the product by next day.
I had to call customer care again as no one came to collect the product this time the customer care representative gave me the TNT courier contact number with my customer code and asked me to send the product.
I received a call from some local vendor at Bangalore that bring your product to our service center and we will what we can do about it.
I again contact the customer care and the person informed me that we cannot send the replaced product next 15 days or you take this product to local vendor for repair. I was not ready to go to this local vendor 1. I didn’t not trust if this is authorized vendor 2. He is very far from my place. So I informed customer care person that I am sending back the product to new Delhi address and I need the replacement ASAP as I am not able to use the product. I couriered the product on 13-Mar-09
I received the product on 23-Mar with broken screen and the mobile is not even starting.
I am very much disappointed with HOMESHOP18 first you gave me a defective product (IMEI number issue). Then I have to call customer care multiple time to report issue and now you send us a product which is broken. How you expect customer to trust you. Hope I will get the correct product for which I paid my hard earned money.
