REPLACEMENT FOR PRODUCT

Dear Sir,

I have ordered magic cook 25 ltr on 25 sept orderd no 900693035, from Home shop 18 executive has collected cash on 29 sept and they had delieverd 20 ltr on 20 oct than on the same day I callled on toll free no . for registration of wrong delivery i.e 20 ltr against 25 ltr . complaint no 61261577. when I called on toll free no. they told me everytime that will call back within 2days or within 1 week and toll free no is chargeable but till date in did not got any call or resolution. its more than two months. its very surprised that i have ordered first time which is totally disappointed . i will reall appreciate if you help me out of this.
