I have purchased a Mobile Handset (SPICE-QT60) from Home shop 18 (Online) on dated 22 Aug the product has delivered to me on 27 Aug (7pm), but on the time of delivery no invoice given to me. As I checked the handset it is not working properly, its information was given to home shop 18 within 48 hours of delivery, but they did not respond me within the specified time period of 48 hours. Since then I have contacted them many times, but still I haven't been able to get any support from their side. Neither they are sending the Invoice nor they are replacing my Mobile handset. When ever I contacted them, they just say that our Technical Support Team will call you within 24 Hours.
Now I am feeling helpless, even Spice Service Center asked for the bill, as they say we can't entertain your problem without Invoice. As per the Rule, if the handset is found defective within 48 hours, the handset should be replaced soon.but I can't find any solution till now.
So, I request the Honorable Consumer Forum to help me in this problem. So, that I can have a sound Sleep.
