Hi,
Recently I bought one mobile through Home Shop 18 from Nakamachi Techno Pvt Ltd. On the second day of receiving the mobile... the charger got stopped to working... then I have sent for replacement the charger...
After that I came to know, the IMEI number for the mobile is invalid... the I have sent again for replacement along with Battery... but I got the replaced mobile without battery...
The main interesting thing is that the replaced mobile also the defective... like it always switch off if I get the call, or if I make call and some times it switched off and will not be switch on...
I am facing lot of problems to use the mobile...
So, I am thinking that the Home Shop 18 is having contracts with other companies like who sells defective products...
The warranty period for the mobile initially they have given me is 6 months... but out that around e months... I did not use mobile due to all above the reasons...
Can any body suggest... what action I can take for this...
