Dented refrigirator not replaced

I’ve purchase whirlpool from Home Town (Great India Place, NOIDA) dated 17 April (invoice no 151175368). On delivery the Door handle was broken. I refused to accept delivery but Home town manager Mr Kapil Vij assured replacement within 15 days. Till now the replacement n ot done. Iam running from pillar to post but nothing happened.
