This is inform to i (my cousine) bought a phone of Sony Ericsson from Spiice Retail Ltd, 41, Ambedkar Road, near punjab national bank, Ghaziabad, U.P (201001) Tel no.9717794601

I faced a problem in mobile accessories so i went to hot spot show room n he said that i can't have the responsibility of the phone accessories. Phone is under gurrantee and he speak very roudly and he don't have any kind of customer handling skills. I don't know the name of the voluntaries of hot-spot show room. Please look into the matter.
