who has been of no help. After 4-5 days of constant harassing telephonic conversations... I am being asked to change some membrane or the other... which will reportedly cost me Rs.2300..my question is after buying a product of rs.10000... why am i being asked to spend another 2300 within 4 mnths ..well under its warranty period?? Does the company have any accountability towards its customers?? the Cust. Care execs who deal with us are the worst behaved people i have ever encountered. Based on this experience.. i will do everything to discourage people to buy an eureka forbes product.
