Not receiving gift offe

I had purchased one HPCOMPAQ laptop and there was an offer of MOTOROKO MOBILE HANDSET by HP to be sent to me as student's offer for which they were taking about Rs.4990.00 and I sent the amount by cheque in July but till date nothing was sent to me despite several reminders sent to them and they are not responding also.
