Idea postpaid bill payment

Hello

My self Rajni Arya i am using idea postpaid connection my number is 9871214058... i am already paid my last month bill (15th August to 15 September) 2011 amount 382.86 rupees and it's transaction ID is 9689701... today idea people stop my outgoing call... idea customer care many time told to me they update my bill amount in my account but after some time they stop my outgoing service...
