DELAY IN REPAIR

MY IFB MICRO WAVE WAS NOT WORKING.I MADE A COMPLAINT ON 28.10.2010 TO IFB CUSTOMER CARE. THE SERVICE PERSON CAME ON 29.10.2010 AND TOOK AWAY THE MENU ENTRY BOARD AND SAID HE WILL COME WITH THE NEW BOARD WITHIN TWO DAYS.NOW ALMOST ONE MONTH IS OVER WE DID NOT GOT THE SPARE.THE REMINDERS TO CUSTOMER CARE IS LIKE TELLING TO THE DEAF.THE MICRO WAVE OVEN IS UNDER AMC EVEN THAN NO USE.
