We are having a microwave of IFB, we have a regular service contract with your company. Since the last two months, we are facing the problem of power trip of the whole flat when we switch on the Microwave.
We have made several complaints to your service centre & the technician simply says it is due to the electric supply & insisted on us changing the electrical socket, which we have changed but the problem is not solved & after 3-4 visits of the said technician, another senior technician came in to the picture & changed some part but the problem is still at a stand still.
Now since two months it has become very difficult to function with an on and off microwave and with the light tripping again and again. Your technicians simply fail to understand the problem an have no reason for the same.
I request you to please look into the problem immediately and take action on the same. If you cannot solve the problem please replace the faulty defective piece.
