This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Vidya Nigam purchased IFB microwave model 25SC2 from Sawhney electronics, Shop no.8, Awwa shopping complex command canteen, lucknow on 23rd Nov.
Until last month it was working fine, when one day i suffered a painful electric shock... Following this, the very next day i lodged a complaint at IFB customer care lucknow, which was actually attended after one month..On 2nd April, IFB technician Mr. Anand arrived and checked the system and informed that he has attended the fault and will not occur again, when asked about the problem he could not explain us and simply said that is not our concern and charged us rupeees 167 towards servicing fee. serial no. 3452.A couple of days after, same happened to my granddaughter, following this incident i called up the same technician who refused to come over ..I, then lodged a complaint again at customer care: My customer id : 1695000, complaint no : 4420544..Its already been more than two weeks and no body has attended the fault, thus jeopardising my family safety ..Would request, either get the set replaced or fix up the problem peramnently..
