IFB microwave oven is not working, i registered a complaint No is 4683112 dated 23-06-10 my permanent costomer no. is 305705. Technician from IFB came his name is Pradeep mo no. 9348240115 attended the complaint and could not repaired and gone back and suggested that use cooking gas, now how he is not responding. i contact again service center another joker came he also could not repair and disappear.
My microwave oven is still in warranty period, why not take it back and refund my money so that i can buy some other company made microwave oven.
