Sir/Madam, I had bought a IFB Microwave oven 30 sc 1.My Oven is under AMC (ANNUAL MAINTANENCE CONTRACT) where I had paid Rs.1371.00 on 12.08.2010 for the same. My oven started giving problems on the last week of september. I had given a complaint to the IFB Consumer services on september. Till date no one has turned up to repair my oven. I had called and requested them to do the needful atleast 30 times. Only empty promises till date. Since they troubled me for not repairing my oven, it is lying as a garbage. For the company's reckless, unfriendly, irresponsible and fraud behavior and attitude, I definetely want the company to give me a new microwave oven of the same catogory. IFB -worst service, they absorbed my energy, wasted my hard earned money, killed my precious time. I WANT JUSTICE.PLEASE HELP.
