My IFP front loading washing machine was attended by service person on call from service centre in cuttack. The service person from Mahaveer Service Center in Manglabag attended the machine on 02/06 and left without rectifying the machine and boxup. It was informed by the service man Mr. Balaram (mobile no. 09853411073) that he will be attending the machine with engineer on 06/06 .Nobody has turn up till 5:00pm today. On calling the agency, more time is demanded for sending service person with no assured date.
Please take up the issue with the service agency and arrange to rectify the machine as soon as possible.
