Non receipt of Gifts promissed

I purchased HP laptop. My redemption code is (RNIN9QMKS1). Three gifts were offered to me at the time of purchase, but unfortunately I have received only one i.e. Norton any virus.

Other two gifts which was offered to me was:

1. 1000 Songs and

2. Lotus smart suits/Lotus works.

No body including the BOD has reverted me on this unethical business practice done by HP/HP Dealer. I am planning to move to the consumer court.
