On 18th Aug through, thinkdigit website, I placed an order for purchase of a digital camera Fuji AV100. Payment through my credit card was successfully processed authenticated by my credit card

company and made to indiaplaza. This was followed by order confirmation. Order no isTD1808100423. However the camera is not yet delivered to me even after 23 days. Tickets placed on their site are simply closed without resolution of complaint. You are requested to please look in to this and arrange immediate delivery or refund of money.
