Wrongly debited amount not reversed and the sony camera not yet reicevd

I was purchasing the Sony digi cam on 27.03.2010. however my credit card has been debited three times with Rs16189/- each. I have send the mail to them for reversing the same but there is no response from that side and 14 days have been over and i have not recieved the camera also.
