Can anybody tell me what’s going on,? Firstly you are not delivering the material on time then If I am cancelling the order then you are not going it also.

I don’t know what is the system you have, if you are not able to provide any customer support.

Sir,
This is regarding the order no. 880098508 placed on 30th March 10. As per you executive the material is supposed by 15th April 10. But not received. Then on 13th April I had call your customer support no, from their I got the information that due to some payment mismatch my order had not been executed, you executive had asked me to send the copy of my credit card Statement along with Transition id. I had submitted the same on 13th. Then again on 15 I had contacted your customer support, they replied that it will take another 10 days to delivery the material.
Now let me know is this the way to do the business you are simply cheating the customers.
Pls let me know the exact status of material or refund my amt on immediate basis. Else I have to go to consumer court for the same.
