Can any body revert the status of my refund awaiting form last six months, every time when I call your customer support the replay is same that It will be done with in a weeks time. I want the date when I can receive the amt in my Hand.
You people are cheating the customers, using the money from last six months & not reverting the status.

Then on 13th April I had call your customer support no, from their I got the information that due to some payment mismatch my order had not been executed, you executive had asked me to send the copy of my credit card Statement along with Transition id. I had submitted the same on 13th. Then again on 15 I had contacted your customer support, they replied that it will take another 10 days to delivery the material.
Now let me know is this the way to do the business you are simply cheating the customers.
Pls let me know the exact status of material or refund my amt on immediate basis. Else I have to go to consumer court for the same.
