I have purchased a green apple Ipod from indiatimes one month ago and the reference no is 112463446.i found on receipt it is defective piece.after telephonic complaint the promised for replacement and i have sent the ipod vide docket no DO 603803042 dt 14.08.10. and my replacement request no is 397501 but till date i didnt get the replacement nor refund and more over the i suppossed to get cash back voucher, but after several remainders also the same is pending.i request to refund my amount i am no more interested in this product and the mental torture.
