I have ordered the laptop in online shop with Infibeam.com and my order no is 8545343 dt. 9 Jan.

The above consigment is not despatched as per the plan 13.1.2012 and there is no proper response.

I made a complaint thru phone almost 10times and no reaction.

I request you to arrange to get the product or money immy.
