I purchased a Kent RO machine for water purification purpose from the Unit run Canteen run by the ministry of defense at Manesar, District-Gurgaon Haryana on 01 Aug. I made call to the customers and in turn he assured me to install the machine by today. I forwarded all relevant details to him through sms twice on 01 August itself. Even after those all formalities no one has reported for the job at my residence beside their assurance. Today i also tried to contact the above mentioned person on the mob no. given to me for the said job but found his mobile number NOT IN USE. Please response immediately on the complaint and do needful at the earliest as possible...
