Previously complaints had to lodge for service at Dankuni centre. Today when I try to lodge complain through mobile phone, a man said to complain to number 03339883333. But this no was out of service. Again & again I informed to Dankuni centre that this number is not serviceable. But Dankuni unit did not help me to lodge a complaint for servicing. Please see it & send for servicing. We are very need of it.
