Faulty service

1. i bought a LG microwave from LG shoppe, Haldwani, dist- Nainital about 2 weeks back.

2. 2 days after the purchase the rotating disc of the said item had problems. on my complain a service personal visited but te problem not recrified.

3. After repeated reminders, complaints and visits to the showroom my problem has yet not been rectified
